Advanced American Construction worked with the Army Corps of Engineers to improve the function and operating ability of the existing portable fish collector at the Cougar Reservoir in Rainbow, Oregon. AAC raised the fish collecting structure to install new permanent stanchions, furnished and installed a two-ton jib crane, relocated offshore anchors and installed inshore anchors and furnished new electrical disconnects and other improvements. The project was completed on schedule and on budget despite many onsite challenges.
